Hi, I’m Dr Georgie — mum of two, PhD scientist, and self-confessed sleep addict.

When my son’s sleep fell apart at 18 months, life got hard. I was pregnant, burnt out, and desperate for change.


So I turned to what I knew best: science.

With an evidence-based approach and a whole lot of determination, I transformed our nights. And when my daughter arrived, she was sleeping through by four months.
