What's Included
Expert Sleep Log Analysis
To start, you'll record what's happening with your baby's sleep right now. We'll closely analyse your logs to determine exactly what is causing your sleep problems.
Bespoke Sleep Plan
We'll then write a personalised sleep plan just for your baby. No two plans are the same because no two babies are the same. We'll use the information from your baby's logs to determine exactly what the best approach is to improving their sleep
Consultation
We'll then have a 1:1 online consultation in which we'll go through your plan step-by-step.
